Shoes can make or break an outfit. Farfetch, an online fashion platform that sells products from boutiques and brands from all over the world, challenged me and a few other bloggers to share #TheOne shoe that does just that. Gucci is currently trending, especially their accessories like their bags and sneakers. I love these ace embroidered sneakers from Gucci because they’re kind of subtle, but at the same time make the perfect statement. I’ve had my eyes on these guys since I first saw them back in December. Although they were sold out in my size, told you, Gucci is trending, I’m still on the hunt for them, but luckily Farfetch has a huge selection of Gucci footwear and I was able to score these bad boys (as seen above). Let me know what you think about these kicks?!

I have love/hate relationship when it comes to the Fall season. I don’t mind the cold brisk air that requires me to throw on a few extra layers, which I’m glad to do, but what I do mind is the rain in NYC. There’s nothing I dislike more than the rain, it just ruins the mood, my hair and dictates everything I wear in addition to having me delayed to anywhere/everywhere I’m going. Today I’m sharing with you guys a look from a recent rainy day in Dumbo, Brooklyn. With this camel-colored mac from APC, paired with a forest green suit, my personal favorite color for the season & rubber horse-bit loafers from Gucci– Suddenly rain in NYC doesn’t seem that bad.

It isn’t an NYC Spring Season without the occasional rain shower, and reader’s from NYC will agree when I say this, when I refer to rain showers I refer to a disastrous monsoon. This MAC from APC is my go-to jacket for those unfortunate rainy days. In any event, you can always mirror the Spring weather with a little pop of color, even on a gloomy day. Today, I’ve put together three ways you can do so. By adding one or more of three: 1) A classic, sleek colored watch by Triwa 2) Adding color to something as simple as your Tie Bar, and The Tie Bar got you covered with a huge selection offered on their site. 3) A pair of neck-breaking kicks, like this number from Ferragamo. Make every day a bright day, even when the sunlight is absent.
