It’s spring time and you want to feel and dress like the season. It’s all about a pop of color and the right print, but how much print is too much print you ask? Floral can be tough to pull off. I get it. You don’t want to look overly retro, or your dad (or a tourist that just landed in Hawaii). My biggest suggestion is to tame the pattern, and mute it by layering it with a neutral color (like this blue floral button down shirt layered under a canvas linen jacket).

Oh and good news, there’s a shopping event happening right now. You can pretty much own this jacket + shirt. And get this, you can score this combo for 20% off (5/7 + 5/8, in store & online across Ted Baker U.S. + Canada). Also, tonight (5/7, from 6-8PM) Ted Baker is inviting you to their store for some complimentary drinks (I mean, I’m in!), tunes and a chance to win. Be sure to check out their site, but you better hurry up,  you only have 48 hours!

I got a sweatshirt with a similar floral print on it yesterday, and I’ll say that I’m definitely a fan of the smaller print floral for Spring!
