How to wear a dapper 3-piece suit casually you ask? Simples. Start with a subtle color suit, like this charcoal number from Bar 3. If this is your first time trying it stay away from anything to busy or load like plaids and pinstripes (although, I’m a huge fan of them too, but baby steps). Then ditch your dressy button down shirt and any necktie accessory. You’ll be subbing your dress shirt with a casual v-neck or a crew neck depending on how liberal you feel, plus it’s finally getting warm out here in NYC so this will help you stay cool. Throw on a pair of classic white tennis sneakers, roll up your sleeves and you’re ready to go. BOOM.

Love the dressed down nature of the suit with a tee underneath vs. dress shirt. Still put together, but allows to step outside the norm a little.
